We’d worked with EcoBaltia before, but this time they came to us with something bigger—and more complex. After two previous vendors couldn’t deliver what was needed, we were brought in to build a CRM system that could finally connect their sales, support, and logistics teams. We knew we had the trust and the freedom to do it right.

This wasn’t a quick fix. It was a 12-month, full-cycle product build, designed to replace disconnected tools and clunky processes with one clean, unified platform. And the result? A system that actually makes life easier for the people using it every day.

The Challenge

EcoBaltia’s existing systems weren’t built to keep up with the pace of their business. Sales, customer service, and logistics were operating in separate environments, each with their own tools, workflows, and data silos.

This meant simple tasks were harder than they should’ve been. A contract update might involve three departments and a few email threads. Logistics couldn’t always sync with support. Sales couldn’t track the full client picture. There were workarounds everywhere.

What they needed wasn’t just another software - it was a system that connects the dots and gets out of the way.

The Mission

Build a custom CRM system that actually supports how EcoBaltia’s teams work. Something stable, intuitive, and flexible enough to cover three different departments, without turning into three separate platforms.

The system had to be more than just a place to store customer data. It needed to enable faster decision-making, reduce manual steps, and support their operations all the way from first contact to route planning.

Our Approach

We kicked off in early 2024 and committed to a sprint-based model, refining the system one piece at a time, across nearly 20 sprints. This wasn’t just about clean code or fancy interfaces - it was about process.

We focused on tight collaboration, regular feedback loops, and proactive problem-solving throughout. Communication wasn’t an afterthought. It was a core part of how we moved forward, and one of the things the EcoBaltia team called out most.

Key Features

The system now handles key workflows for three departments, without any toggling between tools. Some of the standout features include:

  • A client management module built for the sales team, with full contract handling and visibility
  • Tools for customer support to respond to inquiries quickly and adjust contracts without bottlenecks
  • A full logistics suite, including advanced route planning and a dedicated driver app
  • Centralized access to customer data, contracts, and tasks across departments
  • Clear reporting and improved cross-team communication baked into the interface

It’s not just one big monolithic app. It’s a purpose built ecosystem that works like the teams using it - collaborative, dynamic, and fast.

What Changed

With the new CRM up and running, EcoBaltia now works from a single source of truth. Sales, support, and logistics no longer feel like separate islands.

Productivity is up.
Customer response times are faster.
Data is cleaner.
Decisions are easier.

And beyond the numbers, there's just less noise in the day-to-day. Teams spend less time chasing information and more time doing their actual work.

Last Words

This project wasn’t about pushing features or hitting deadlines (though we did both). It was about building something that lasts, something that holds up across departments, scales with the business, and supports people in doing their jobs better.

It’s been a full year of deep collaboration, iteration, and delivery, and we’re proud of what we’ve built together.

Frequently asked questions

Why did EcoBaltia come back to Codnity Dev after two failed attempts elsewhere?

Trust built from prior work. EcoBaltia knew the team and the way we communicate, and that's exactly what the two previous vendors had failed at — keeping three departments aligned through a 12-month build.
